GOT Microchannel Heat Exchanger (PCHE)

GOT Microchannel Heat Exchanger (PCHE)

GOT Microchannel Heat Exchanger (PCHE) is a novel, high-efficiency, compact heat exchanger engineered for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. It is structurally composed of a microchannel core, headers, nozzles, and flanges.

The underlying principle mirrors that of activated carbon: just as activated carbon possesses exceptional adsorption capacity due to its countless internal micropores creating a massive surface area, the GOT PCHE leverages microchannel technology to achieve an extremely high specific surface area per unit volume. This results in a heat transfer area more than ten times greater than that of conventional shell-and-tube exchangers. Furthermore, the tightly integrated hot and cold flow channels significantly enhance thermal efficiency.
