Full-Surface Microchannel Heat Exchanger

Full-Surface Microchannel Heat Exchanger

Full-Surface Microchannel Heat Exchanger

The Full-Surface Microchannel Heat Exchanger is fabricated by stamping metal foils approximately 0.06–0.1 mm thick to form corrugated plates with sinusoidal flow channels. These corrugated plates are then diffusion-bonded into modular units, which are subsequently assembled to form the final heat exchanger core. This design maximizes the active heat transfer area, resulting in exceptional overall thermal performance. It holds significant market potential across industries such as gas turbines, HVAC, and industrial energy conservation.

A practical demonstration of its efficiency is seen in gas-fired boilers: a 1-ton/hr gas boiler equipped with this full-surface exchanger can save approximately 8–10 standard cubic meters (Nm³) of natural gas per hour.
